It’s no secret that I love LEGO, and running a LEGO-specific blog is (almost) as fun as playing with the bricks themselves. With thousands of followers, LEGOcentrism is a growing community for people who love LEGO bricks.

When a company whose passion is to give back to the world asks you to write a guest post for their blog, you do exactly that. In 2013, Given Goods Company (now discontinued) approached me to write an article about working with the millennial generation, which was published in two parts.
Turning Technologies / Educational Measures | June 2012
As a marketing coordinator at Educational Measures, my responsibilities included press releases. When Educational Measures increased its footprint in the education industry, we had exciting news to share.
Kapost | March 2012
Innovative companies and marketing are both passions of mine, and Kapost (they provide modern software and services for getting the right marketing content) needed help researching and writing about companies using marketing right. Working with a variety of other authors, the final article was complete in 2012.
Dream Garage | June 2009
After my time with the VW Tiguan, I built a reputation for knowing how to write about Volkswagen. The website Dream Garage asked me to continue my writing about cars (mainly VW) and my personal favorite is the blurb I wrote for the 2009 R32.
Road and Track | June 2008
Volkswagen came to Boulder with new VW Tiguans (their newest small SUV at the time) in summer 2009. They approached 40 journalism students at the University of Colorado – Boulder and handed us the keys with simple instructions: Take a map, drive about 300 miles through winding Colorado canyons, and write an automotive review. Of the 40 students who received a key, one student’s article (mine) was selected to be published in Road and Track.
